Supportive Groups
A new group is formed at the start of each 10 week course and stays together for the full 10 weeks. You need to join a group from the beginning so that you get to know each other and can build trust and ensure confidentiality.
Each member of a group signs a confidentially agreement for that group and we will not recommend people join a group unless we believe they can keep confidentiality.
Our groups are limited to 10 weeks and we encourage people to commit themselves to attending every session.
We encourage participants in our courses to join other ongoing supportive groups at the end of a course – or continue with one
